Health and Safety
Updated: 11 August 2026
1. Our approach
In Alto is a women’s studio where class is a ritual of care. We work gently, with respect for the body and without pushing “through pain”.
Guest safety matters more to us than intensity of technique.
2. Studio hygiene
We keep the studio and hall clean and care for equipment between classes.
We use suitable studio equipment; tell us in advance about injuries or limitations.
3. Before your visit
Come in comfortable clothes. After class, give your body time to settle into the day.
We do not recommend coming right after a heavy meal or hard training without recovery.
4. During class
The coach chooses range based on how you feel. If something feels wrong — say so at once.
We do not give medical diagnoses and do not replace a doctor. For acute conditions, contact a healthcare professional first.
5. After class
Mild tiredness, thirst or a “worked” muscle feeling is normal. Drink water and take care of yourself.
If unusual pain or worsening appears — contact a doctor and let us know if needed.
